JCurve Payment Terms & Conditions

These payment terms govern all financial transactions made by users on the JCurve platform. By subscribing to any of our plans, you agree to the following terms:


1. Payment Gateway

  • All payments are securely processed via Razorpay, a third-party payment aggregator.

  • Razorpay complies with RBI Payment Aggregator Guidelines and PCI-DSS security standards.

  • JCurve does not store any payment-related data (e.g., card numbers, CVV).


2. Supported Payment Methods

  • UPI

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Wallets (supported via Razorpay)


3. Subscription Billing

  • Users can choose between the following plans:

    • Starter: 3 job unlocks

    • Standard: 5 job unlocks

    • Premium: Unlimited job unlocks (evaluated on a 100-job basis for system tracking)

  • All plans are valid for 1 month from the date of activation.

  • Upon expiry, users automatically revert to the Freemium plan with limited access.


4. Plan Validity & Renewal

  • Subscription plans are valid for 30 days from the date of activation.

  • After expiry, access to features and job profiles is paused.

  • Users must renew the subscription to regain access.

  • Previously accessed job profiles are not retained unless re-unlocked during renewal.


5. Unlocking Limitations

  • Each subscription allows a fixed number of job unlocks (e.g., 3 in Starter, 5 in Standard).

  • During an active plan, users can access features tied only to the selected job profiles.

  • Premium plan supports unlimited jobs (technically modeled as up to 100 for system tracking).

  • Once a job is unlocked, it counts toward the current plan limit.


6. Job Profile Access Policy

  • Users may access roadmaps, assessments, resumes, and other features tied to their unlocked jobs.

  • On renewal, users may:

    • Re-unlock previous job profiles, or

    • Choose different ones, up to the subscription’s job limit

  • A maximum of 3 active job profiles is allowed at a time, unless on Premium.


7. Feature Access Model

  • Subscriptions offer temporary access to job-related features.

  • Features are unlocked, not permanently owned.

  • Work such as roadmap progress or resumes is saved and can be resumed upon renewing the same plan.

  • Feature access expires if the plan is not renewed.


8. Test Access Policy

  • Tests taken (Job Assessments, Skill Tests, Coding Assessments) are saved, and results remain permanently accessible.

  • Tests not taken during an active month are considered forfeited for that cycle.

  • To retake missed tests, the corresponding job profile must be re-unlocked in a new cycle.


9. Upgrade & Downgrade Policy

  • Upgrade:

    • Starts immediately upon purchase.

    • Users can continue with old job profiles or unlock new ones.

    • Plan validity resets to 1 month from the upgrade date.

  • Downgrade:

    • Takes effect immediately.

    • Job access is adjusted to fit the new plan’s job limit.


10. Job Access & Expiration Policy

  • Jobs remain active until either:

    • The hiring is marked as completed (Job Closed), or

    • The job expires from the system

  • Once expired:

    • Users can replace the job with a new active job

    • Or continue working on it for skill verification only

  • Expired jobs do not count toward the active job limit

  • However, only 3 jobs may be active at any time (except Premium)


11. Razorpay Settlement Terms

  • All payments are settled into JCurve’s Razorpay merchant account.

  • Razorpay deducts applicable platform fees before settlement.

  • Users must comply with the KYC requirements as per the RBI and the PMLA, 2002.


12. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Users may cancel subscriptions via the JCurve dashboard or by contacting support.

  • No refunds will be provided unless there is a proven failure of service delivery.

  • All disputes or chargebacks follow Razorpay’s resolution protocol: Razorpay Support
