The Agentic AI Hackathon runs over 4 weeks, designed to fit into a job seeker’s schedule with 3–4 hours/week. It’s not a rush. It’s a structured sprint toward a working AI Agent you can showcase.

Week 1	Kickoff + Theme Reveal	- Access the problem statement - Explore sample agents and use cases - Set up GitHub/GitBook
Week 2	Build Foundations	- Define your agent logic - Plan workflows and inputs/outputs - Draft UI or script-based agent
Week 3	Implement & Iterate	- Build core agent - Integrate with tools/APIs if needed
Week 4	Final Submission	- Polish and document - Submit GitHub/GitBook link - Share on LinkedIn (optional) - Certificate + reward eligibility
